Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return or replacement for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You received a different item than what you ordered.
  • The product is expired or near expiry (if applicable).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including opened food products, personal care items, and perishable goods, unless they are defective.

4. Return Process

  1. Go to Your Orders and select the order containing the item.
  2. Click on the "Return/Exchange" button next to the eligible item.
  3. Select the reason for return and upload any required images of the product.
  4. Submit your request. Our team will review it within 24-48 hours.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or wallet within 5-7 business days.
